I do a Weds class via Zoom where Roo is able to give us personal pointers. She also records the session, accessible to subscribers to re-inforce her excellent teaching.
A very gifted teacher, too, who is encouraging, humorous and always finding new ways to help us improve.

Absolutely fantastic instructor. Roo has a style that welcomes everyone and makes you feel comfortable whatever your fitness levels are . Roo kept many of us going and kept us sane throughout all of lockdown and I thank you for that .

Roo is a fantastic motivator. Sessions are fun and Roo tailors classes if you have a problem like a knee or shoulder. Her joie de vive got me thro the Covid lockdowns. I do online sesdi2pns and just love them.

Absolutely fantastic instructor, always there for support, and very Knowledgeable of what she is teaching. She has a wide range of different classes for anybody and everybody to do, always alternative moves to do for all levels of fitness. Makes you feel confident in doing exercise even if you struggle you showed up.
Any questions or if your worried she always goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease and helps you be the best you can be.

Roo's classes are great, so many options from using weights, energetic boxing to relaxing stretches. Roo is always happy to offer support and guidance.

Emma is a fantastic teacher gets you moving , even if you have disabilities. Keeps you active. Very fun sessions.

Varied classes adapted to meet different needs or if you have an injury. Good use of equipment to keep things fresh. Offer of online or face to face.
