Highly recommended. Having had various traders not turn up or respond, Gary has been exceptional and gone well beyond the call of duty! Communication has been outstanding. Always responded to messages and emails, always turned up when he says he will (even messaging if delayed). The quote for garage door was very reasonable, it was clearly explained what the pros and cons of each door were, with every question helpfully answered and no pushy sales at all. At all times I've felt I could trust Gary and what he says. Then Gary and colleague quickly and expertly fitted the door with hard work and some good chats thrown in! Tips were offered on maintenance of the door and after assessment a better weather strip was fitted than the one I thought I needed. Fitting time was quick and even faster as they managed to squeeze me in when they had a cancellation. No issues whatsoever with the door and Gary also offers a friendly and helpful after sales service, always ready to respond and help. After the garage door was fitted he even advised on some other helpful tips for me with the garage door. It is good to support local businesses and even more so when the service is as exceptional and friendly as this.

Difficult time with Covid and Christmas and heavy snow combining yet Gary was right on the ball with pre-ordering the new spring and fitting as soon as possible after delivery. He and Carl arrived early...did a superb repair and service...gave full instructions and demo...and offered reassuring aftercare. Friendly and courteous and so efficient. He advised the best garage door for us but ultimately it was our choice with no pressure. The door was fitted within a month of ordering. Gary's work was clean and tidy. Excellent service, very pleased with my new door, expert installation, making good from removal of old up and over door, very good, no need for me to get a builder in to render up. Advised to have a certain type of motor for the door, very good, quiet operation, remotes have excellent range. Just need to get the shed build so I can actually drive my car into the garage!!

GDS were great - my electronic garage door stopped working. I rang GDS and they were great and were able to fix the door rather than replace. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
