The cottage (Hazelrigg) was perfect. It is beautifully presented and is ideal for both us and our Westie puppy.||Located a couple of miles from Penrith. It was great to return after a busy day sightseeing. The countryside is idyllic and peaceful.

Absolutely brilliant (except for the weather - but that's the Lakes). From the friendly welcome by the owners to the superb accommodation - spotless, well equipped and comfortable - we had a wonderful week. The shower/wet room was a delight. Our second visit and hopefully not our last. A real treat !

If I was reviewing the weather it would be one, as it was pretty awful! But the cottage was great as always, 4th visit. So cosy and comfortable and very well equipped. Liz and Adey are a sociable, friendly couple and introduced us to the new additions 4 kittens. Only improvement would be a hot tub 😃. Will be back.

Return stay and we had another lovely week in Hazelrigg. The cottage is really comfortable and the secure garden for the dogs is great. It is a brilliant location to get out and about for lots of walks. Liz and Adrian are great hosts. We didn’t want to go home and would stay again.

Stayed here with my husband and our dog for a week to celebrate our anniversary. On arrival we were more than pleased with our choice of accommodation. We stayed in a cottage called Hazelrigg which used to be an old milking parlour. What …

We stayed at the Inglewood cottage with friends and the week was perfect. Everything you would ever need is here and really good quality. Lots of great information is prepared by Liz on local walks and things to do.
A great base to see the Lakes and North Pennines. We would definitely recommend these cottages if you are staying in the area.

Our stay at Inglewood was lovely. Liz & Adrian were the perfect hosts & the cottage wanted for nothing with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy seating and beautiful en-suite bedrooms. The private garden & Howscales grounds were ideal for our dogs. The situation of Howscales brings the Yorkshire Dales & The Lakes within easy reach & we hope to make a return visit!
